Making Use of Vibrational Awareness

High Vibrational Energy is linked to positivity, love, compassion, and peacefulness.
In the High Vibrational states such as Alpha, Beta and Gamma, there is a better availability for cognitive function. With this awareness, it's up to us to find different ways to raise our vibration to these peak states. Professional athletes will perform different rituals, listen to certain songs and warm up the same way every single time to get themselves into this flow state before performing the task at hand.
Similarly, we can do the same before going into meditation, manifestation or work every single day. When we have a morning routine that helps us raise our vibration, we can find a flow state of high vibrational energy whether in alpha or beta ways. During meditation we are more likely to reach the gamma waves and carry that insight with us throughout our day.
In contrast, low vibrational energy is linked to fear, anxiety, sadness and depression.
When we are in a low vibrational state such as delta or theta, at times we can get "stuck" in that energy or vibration. When we are "stuck" for too long, that can lead to depression. With this awareness, we can choose to get help in raising our vibration to release us from that low vibrational energy.
